Subdivision 1. [Repealed,1987 c 365 s 25] Subd. 1a.Endowment fund. The commissioner of administration may establish an endowment fund to reward state agencies and their employees for improving productivity and service quality. The commissioner shall use gift money to establish the fund. The interest earnings are appropriated to the commissioner to make agency and employee awards. Subd.
