Text
No person is guilty of a violation of section169A.20(driving while impaired) committed while participating in a research or demonstration project conducted by the Minnesota Highway Safety Center. This section applies only to conduct occurring while operating a state-owned vehicle under the supervision of personnel of the center on the grounds of the center.
