Subdivision 1.Authority of district court. The district courts of this state have the authority to restrain or enjoin a violation or threatened violation of section169.468. Subd. 2.Injunctive power of attorney general. Whenever it appears to the satisfaction of the attorney general that any party has sold or offered for sale or is selling or offering for sale any such new motor vehicle or new item of motor vehicle equipment in violation of this section, the attorney general may, in the name of the state, seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction against any such violation or threatened violation.
