Text
Subdivision 1.Fund distribution.
All fees prescribed by sections168A.01to168A.31and168.54collected by the department must be paid into the general fund, unless otherwise specified in chapter 168A.
Subd. 2.Expenses; appropriation.
All necessary expenses incurred by the department for the administration of sections168A.01to168A.31must be paid from money in the driver and vehicle services operating account under section299A.705, and such funds are hereby appropriated.
