Subdivision 1.Unlawful acts. It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator of intercity buses to willfully violate any provision of sections168.61to168.65or to willfully furnish false information or reports to the registrar of motor vehicles which such registrar may require. Subd. 2.Appeal. If after a public hearing, upon due notice, the registrar of motor vehicles determines that any owner or operator of intercity buses has violated any term or provisions of sections168.61to168.65or willfully furnished false information or reports, the registrar shall cancel all number plates and all special identification plates or certificates issued to the owner or operator of intercity buses.
