Text

The registrar of motor vehicles shall:

(1)promulgate such rules as the registrar may deem necessary in order to fully administer and carry out the terms and provisions of sections168.61to168.65;
(2)require owners and operators of intercity buses to furnish such information and to make and file such reports as the registrar deems necessary in order to administer sections168.61to168.65;
(3)require recomputation of the percentage of intercity buses of any owner or operator at any time the registrar has reason to believe that an insufficient number of such intercity buses of such owner or operator are registered in Minnesota.
