Subdivision 1.Requirement. Every manufacturer of new trucks having a gross vehicle weight of 9,000 pounds or less which are sold or offered for sale for use upon the public streets or highways within this state shall, prior to the delivery of the new truck to a Minnesota dealer, or at or prior to the introduction date of new models delivered to a Minnesota dealer prior to introduction date, securely affix to the windshield or side window of the truck a label upon which the manufacturer shall endorse clearly, distinctly and legibly true and correct entries disclosing information identical to and in the same manner as required on new automobiles.
