Text

The Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy shall consist of three public members as defined by section214.02and six pharmacists actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy in this state. Each of said pharmacists shall have had at least five consecutive years of practical experience as a pharmacist immediately preceding appointment.
