Text

Subdivision 1.Names on permit. Every agency of the state of Minnesota and every political subdivision thereof shall specify on every construction permit the name and address of the applicant therefor, and the general contractor thereon if there be one. This information shall be a matter of public record, and available to any interested person during business hours. Subd. 2.Posting. All construction permits shall be posted in a conspicuous and accessible place at the premises or site of construction.
