Subdivision 1.Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer requirements. An athletic trainer shall meet the professional development requirements of the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer in order to maintain Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer certification. These requirements may be met through a board-approved continuing education program. Subd. 2.Approved programs. The board shall approve a continuing education program that has been approved for maintenance of competence by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer or its recognized successor. Subd.
