Subdivision 1.Initial licensure fee. The initial licensure fee for occupational therapists is $185. The initial licensure fee for occupational therapy assistants is $105. Subd. 2.Licensure renewal fee. The biennial licensure renewal fee for occupational therapists is $185. The biennial licensure renewal fee for occupational therapy assistants is $105. Subd. 2a.Duplicate license fee. The fee for a duplicate license is $30. Subd. 3.Late fee. The fee for late submission of a renewal application is $50. Subd. 4.Temporary licensure fee. The fee for temporary licensure is $75. Subd.

5.MS 2024 [Repealed,1Sp2025 c 3 art 3 s 125] Subd. 5a.Compact privilege fee. The fee for interstate licensure compact privilege to practice is $150. Subd.
