Text

The board may license any person who does not hold current NBCOT certification but who holds a compact privilege or a current credential as an occupational therapy practitioner in the District of Columbia or a state or territory of the United States whose standards for credentialing are determined by the board to be equivalent to or exceed the requirements for licensure under section148.6408or148.6410as an occupational therapy practitioner. Nothing in this section limits the board's authority to deny licensure based upon the grounds for discipline in sections148.6401to148.645. An applicant must provide:

(1)the application materials as required by section148.6420, subdivision 1; and
(2)other information necessary to determine whether the credentialing standards of the jurisdiction that is
