Text
The board shall:
(1)adopt rules necessary to administer and enforce sections148.621to148.633;
(2)administer, coordinate, and enforce sections148.621to148.633;
(3)evaluate the qualifications of applicants;
(4)issue subpoenas, examine witnesses, and administer oaths;
(5)conduct hearings and keep records and minutes necessary to the orderly administration of sections148.621to148.633;
(6)investigate persons engaging in practices that violate sections148.621to148.633; and
(7)adopt rules under chapter 14 prescribing a code of ethics for licensees.
