Subdivision 1.Rulemaking.
Rules developed by the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Compact Commission under section148.5185are not subject to sections14.05to14.389.
Subd. 2.Background studies.
The commissioner of health is authorized to require an audiologist or speech-language pathologist licensed in Minnesota as the home state to submit to a criminal history background check under section144.0572.
