Subdivision 1.Fees. The board is authorized to charge the fees in this section. Subd. 2. MS 2024 [Repealed,1Sp2025 c 3 art 3 s 125] Subd. 3. MS 2024 [Repealed,1Sp2025 c 3 art 3 s 125] Subd. 4. MS 2024 [Repealed,1Sp2025 c 3 art 3 s 125] Subd. 5.Chiropractic license fees. Fees for chiropractic licensure are the following amounts but may be adjusted lower by board action:

(1)initial application for licensure fee, $300;
(2)annual renewal of an active license fee, $250;
(3)annual renewal of an inactive license fee, 75 percent of the current active license renewal fee under clause (2);
(4)late renewal penalty fee, $150 per month late; and
(5)application for reinstatement of a voluntarily retired or inactive license fee, $187.50. Subd. 6.Acupuncture registration fees. Fees for acupunct
