Text
A person licensed under this chapter who is unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety by reason of illness; use of alcohol, drugs, chemicals, or any other materials; or as a result of a mental, physical, or psychological condition may participate in the health professional services program under sections214.31to214.36if the person meets the eligibility requirements.
