Subdivision 1.Immunity from liability.

(a)The Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care and representatives of the office are immune from liability for conduct described in section256.9742, subdivision 2.
(b)The Office of Ombudsman for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities and representatives of the office are immune from liability for conduct described in section245.96. Subd. 2.Data classification.
(a)All forms and notices received by the Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care under this chapter are classified under section256.9744.
(b)All data collected or received by the Office of Ombudsman for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities are classified under section245.94.
