Subdivision 1. MS 2002 [Repealed,2004 c 144 s 9] Subd.

2.MS 2002 [Repealed,2004 c 144 s 9] Subd. 3.Examiner qualifications. An examiner testing EMT, AEMT, or paramedic practical skills must be certified at or above the level the examiner is testing or must be a registered nurse, physician, or physician assistant familiar with current out-of-hospital care. A physician must be available to answer questions relating to the evaluation of skill performance at the AEMT and paramedic practical examination.
