Text

The director may issue a temporary license when a primary service area would be deprived of ambulance service. The temporary license shall expire when an applicant has been issued a regular license under this section. The temporary license shall be valid no more than six months from date of issuance. A temporary licensee must provide evidence that the licensee will meet the requirements of sections144E.101to144E.127and the rules adopted under this chapter.
