Text
A person subject to any of the requirements listed in section144.99, subdivision 1, may not make a false material statement, representation, or certification in; omit material information from; or alter, conceal, or fail to file or maintain a notice, application, record, report, plan, or other document required under the statutes, rules, or other actions listed in section144.99, subdivision 1.
