Text
Unauthorized release by an individual, facility, or agency of a source individual's name, address, or other uniquely identifying information under sections144.7401to144.7415is subject to the remedies and penalties under sections13.08and13.09. This section does not preclude private causes of action against an individual, state agency, statewide system, political subdivision, or person responsible for releasing private data or information protected from disclosure.
