Text

Blood-borne pathogen test results of a source individual obtained under sections144.7401to144.7415are for diagnostic purposes and to determine the need for treatment or medical care specific to a blood-borne pathogen-related illness of an emergency medical services person. The test results may not be used as evidence in any criminal proceedings or civil proceedings, except for procedures under sections144.4171to144.4186.
