Text
Subdivision 1.Violating rules or board directions. Any person violating any rule of the commissioner or any lawful direction of a community health board as defined in section145A.02, subdivision 5, or an agent of a community health board as authorized under section145A.04is guilty of a misdemeanor. Subd. 6.Operating without license.
Any person, partnership, association, or corporation establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any hospital, sanitarium, or other institution in accordance with the provisions of sections144.50to144.56, without first obtaining a license therefor is guilty of a misdemeanor.
