Subdivision 1.Nonpublic data. Data on individuals contained in the health order are health data under section13.3805, subdivision 1. Other data on individuals collected by the commissioner as part of an investigation of a carrier under sections144.4801to144.4813are investigative data under section13.39. Subd. 2.Protective order. After a judicial action is commenced, a party may seek a protective order to protect the disclosure of portions of the court record identifying individuals or entities. Subd. 3.Records retention. A records retention schedule for records developed under sections144.4801to144.4813must be established pursuant to section138.17, subdivision 7.
