Text
Information collected by the birth defects information system may be disseminated to a state or local government agency in Minnesota or another state solely for purposes consistent with sections144.2215to144.2219, provided that the state or local government agency agrees to maintain the classification of the information as provided under section144.2217. Information collected by other states consistent with sections144.2215to144.2219may be received by the commissioner of health and must be maintained according to section144.2217.
