Text
In consultation and agreement with the chief administrative law judge, the commissioner of administration shall pursuant to authority given in section16B.37, transfer from state agencies, such employees as the commissioner deems necessary to the state Office of Administrative Hearings. Such action shall include the transfer of any state employee currently employed as an administrative law judge, if the employee qualifies under sections14.48to14.56.
