The board shall assume the administrative responsibility for the individual retirement account plans in chapters 354B and 354C formerly administered separately by the State University Board and the Community College Board. The separate plans and the former plan administration must be merged into a single individual retirement account plan and plan administration covering eligible employees of the board, eligible employees of system institutions, and other eligible employee groups who are covered by the plan under section354B.211.
