Text

Notwithstanding section8.06, or any other law or rule to the contrary, the official campus student association at each state college or university may fund a program to provide legal counseling and services to students of the state college or university. The money shall be from an account of the state college and university activity funds allocated to the student associations or other money assigned to them.
