Text
The commissioner may assess fines for violations of sections136A.821to136A.834. Each day's failure to comply with sections136A.821to136A.834shall be a separate violation and fines shall not exceed $500 per day per violation. Amounts received under this section must be deposited in the special revenue fund and are appropriated to the office for the purposes of sections136A.821to136A.834.
