(a)For purposes of this section, "opiate antagonist" has the meaning given in section604A.04, subdivision 1.
(b)The commissioner of health shall distribute money to Leech Lake Tribal College, White Earth Tribal College, and Red Lake Nation Tribal College to make opiate antagonists available according to paragraph (c). The commissioner may determine an appropriate method to equitably allocate the amounts appropriated under this section among the colleges.
(c)A Tribal college receiving money under this section must:
(1)maintain a supply of opiate antagonists at each campus site to be administered in compliance with section151.37, subdivision 12; and
(2)have at least two doses of a nasal opiate antagonist available on site at each campus residential building.
