Text

The guidelines shall provide that all files relating to a case in a community dispute resolution program are to be classified as private data on individuals, pursuant to section13.02, subdivision 12, with the following exceptions:

(1)When a party to the case has been formally charged with a criminal offense, the data are to be classified as public data on individuals, pursuant to section13.02, subdivision 15.
(2)Data relating to suspected neglect or physical or sexual abuse of children or maltreatment of vulnerable adults are to be subject to the reporting requirements of section626.557and chapter 260E.
