Subdivision 1.Eligibility.
A district is eligible for an alternative delivery aid adjustment if the commissioner has approved the application of the district according to section125A.50.
Subd. 2.Aid adjustment.
For the fiscal year after approval of a district's application, and thereafter, the special education aid under section125A.76must be computed based on activities defined as reimbursable under Department of Education rules for special education and nonspecial education students, and additional activities as detailed and approved by the commissioner.
Subd. 3.Use of revenue.
Revenue under section125A.76shall be used to implement the approved program.
