Material contained in sections123B.94to123B.97relates only to Common School Districts Numbers 323 and 815. The provisions of law relating to independent school districts shall apply to and govern these common school districts unless a particular provision of sections123B.94to123B.97provides for the matter, in which case that provision shall apply and control.
