Subdivision 1.Approval by commissioner.
The commissioner of education may approve or disapprove applications under section123B.69. The grant money must be used only to remove architectural barriers from a building or site.

Subd. 2.Application forms.
The commissioner shall prepare application forms and establish application dates.

Subd. 3.Match.
A district applying for a grant under this section must match the grant with local district funds.
