The commissioner shall make such payments to school districts or intermediary service areas pursuant to sections123B.40to123B.42, and123B.44to123B.48as are needed to meet contractual obligations incurred for the provision of benefits to nonpublic school students pursuant to section123B.42,123B.44, or123B.445.
