Sections123B.34to123B.39may not be construed to prohibit a board from charging reasonable fees for goods and services provided in connection with any postsecondary instructional program, including but not limited to vocational technical, veteran farmer cooperative training, and community education programs, and continuing education and evening school programs other than those conducted pursuant to section124D.52.
