Subdivision 1.Prohibition against discrimination remains in effect.
Sections121A.40to121A.56shall not be deemed to amend or otherwise affect or change section363A.13, subdivision 2.
Subd. 2.Portions of school program for credit.
Sections121A.40to121A.56shall apply only to those portions of the school program for which credit is granted.
