Text
Upon acquiring title to these lands and premises, whether by purchase or condemnation, such corporation shall make due conveyance thereof to the United States, the state of Minnesota, or other governmental authority mentioned in section117.38. Likewise, any municipal corporation having any interest in the lands or premises may, upon such terms, as to that municipality, its interests may seem to require, make due conveyance thereof either to the company or to the governmental authority.
