Subdivision 1.Required information. Any generators of low-level radioactive waste and any person engaged in transporting or disposing of low-level radioactive waste, when requested by the agency or any member, employee, or agent thereof who is authorized by the agency, shall furnish information needed by the agency to carry out its responsibilities under the compact and under sections116C.833to116C.843. Subd. 2.Classification. Except as otherwise provided in this subdivision, data obtained from any person pursuant to subdivision 1 is public data as defined in section13.02.
