Subdivision 1.Terms defined in compact. The terms defined in article II of the Midwest Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact have the meanings given them for the purposes of sections116C.833to116C.849. Subd.

Subd. 3.Agency.
"Agency" means the Pollution Control Agency.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency.
