Text
The commissioner shall:
(1)require regular reports on the implementation of each designation;
(2)periodically evaluate whether each designation as implemented has accomplished its purposes and whether the designation is in the public interest and in furtherance of the state policies and purposes expressed in section115A.02; and
(3)report periodically to the legislature on the commissioner's conclusions and recommendations.
