Text
The board shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 14 to govern its activities under sections115A.32to115A.39. For the purposes of sections115A.32to115A.39, "board" means the Environmental Quality Board established in section116C.03. In all of its activities and deliberations under sections115A.32to115A.39, the board shall consult with the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency.
