Text
Except as provided in Minnesota Statutes 1980, section115A.21, subdivision 1, the procedure established by sections115A.18to115A.30for the permitting of hazardous waste stabilization and containment facilities shall not preclude the issuance of permits by the agency pursuant to section116.07for stabilization and containment facilities at sites not reviewed under sections115A.18to115A.30.
