(a)The Department of Administration must ensure that acquisitions of video display devices under chapter 16C are in compliance with or not subject to sections115A.1310to115A.1318.
(b)The solicitation documents must specify that the prospective responder is required to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to its records and documents that evidence compliance with paragraph (a) and sections115A.1310to115A.1318.
(c)Any person awarded a contract under chapter 16C for purchase or lease of video display devices that is found to be in violation of paragraph (a) or sections115A.1310to115A.1318is subject to the following sanctions:
(1)the contract must be voided if the commissioner of administration determines that the potential adverse impact to the state is exceeded by the benefit o
