If any provision of sections115.61to115.67or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of sections115.61to115.67which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of sections115.61to115.67and the various applications thereof are declared to be severable.
