Text
The provisions of any contract between two or more municipalities for any purpose relating to the prevention, control, or abatement of pollution, whether now in force or hereafter consummated as provided in section115.49or otherwise, may be enforced by action to compel performance brought by any municipality which is a party to the contract or by the attorney general in the name of the state at the request of the agency. In any such action the court shall have like powers as provided in section115.071, subdivision 5, for enforcement of an order of the agency.
