Text
After the election of the board of directors members of the board to succeed those elected in the initial election provided for in section110A.08, respectively, and to fill unexpired terms, shall be nominated and elected and shall take office in the following manner. One year from the date of the initial election an election shall be held to elect directors to succeed those whose terms are about to expire. The term of each director thus elected shall commence two weeks after the director's election and continue for three years and until a successor is elected and qualified. Election of directors shall be conducted as provided by section110A.24.
