Text
An action or proceeding against the state, the commissioner, a county, or political subdivision or their officers or agents, relating to the taking over, construction, reconstruction, repair, improvement, maintenance, operation, or control of a dam subject to section103G.551and this section or the effects of water levels regulated, controlled, or maintained by a dam is barred unless the action is started within one year after the taking over or after the completion of the construction, reconstruction, repair, or improvement.
