Subdivision 1.Establishment. The board may establish and administer a reinvest in Minnesota working lands program that is in addition to the program established under section103F.515. Selecting land for the program must be based on the land's potential for:

(1)protecting or improving water quality;
(2)reducing erosion;
(3)improving soil health;
(4)reducing chemical inputs;
(5)improving carbon storage; and
(6)increasing biodiversity and habitat for fish, wildlife, and native plants. Subd. 2.Applicability. Section103F.515applies to this section except as otherwise provided in subdivisions 1, 3, and 4.
