Text
Subdivision 1.Establishment. The board may establish and administer a reinvest in Minnesota working lands program that is in addition to the program established under section103F.515. Selecting land for the program must be based on the land's potential for:
(1)protecting or improving water quality;
(2)reducing erosion;
(3)improving soil health;
(4)reducing chemical inputs;
(5)improving carbon storage; and
(6)increasing biodiversity and habitat for fish, wildlife, and native plants.
Subd. 2.Applicability.
Section103F.515applies to this section except as otherwise provided in subdivisions 1, 3, and 4.
Subd. 3.Nature of property rights acquired.
