Subdivision 1.Generally. Sections103F.361to103F.377apply to the counties of Clearwater, Hubbard, Beltrami, Cass, Itasca, Aitkin, Crow Wing, and Morrison and all other zoning authorities. Subd. 2.Leech Lake Indian Reservation. Sections103F.361to103F.377do not alter or expand the zoning jurisdiction of the counties within the exterior boundaries of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation. The plan and the county ordinances adopted pursuant to section103F.369, subdivision 4, apply only to areas within the zoning jurisdiction of the counties as provided by law in effect prior to May 20, 1981.
